The goal of the campaign was to break down prejudice against Roma people in the job market in the Czech Republic, showing people that the Roma both work and want to work. Because the prejudices against them are so entrenched, we decided to use them as the foundation of the campaign to foster discussion about this topic.
The project had amazing viral and social effect, won the Non-Profit of the Year 2013 award to IQ Roma Servis, it was shortlisted at PIAF Festival and awarded with a gold Effie.
